I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop. One of my friend has recently brought a brand new AC, and these guys had delivered a refurbished item to my friend. Since it is refurbished, the problem occurs again, and now they do not agree to get it to repair or to deliver them a new piece. Very pathetic. Dishonest shopkeeper. I wish I could give zero rating. They are really big thug. We bought split hitachi AC recently .They sent their own unprofessional mechanic for installation instead company engineer. It failed during demo as was having fault in machine. It took 8 hours for them that caused Short circuit of electric supply. Next day we went to shop but instead of fixing up the problem they started misbehaving and threat to call the police.....pls think once before entering the shop to avoid the hassle as they don’t recognise u once u are out of shop.invoice no 1156nDated 17.7.2020.

NEVER EVER buy any product from this shop. At the time of selling their product, they will make huge promises to provide after-sales service and if unfortunately, you have to deal with them about any issue then forget any support from them.nnOne month ago I have bought a window AC (Daikin 1.5 3 stars) and the product had a manufacturing defect from the beginning but still, they install the AC and made some juggad adjustments. The AS start giving problem day after installation. No support provided by them and even DAIKIN has very very poor service.

Very pathetic services... They just give a damna to their commitment post selling the product.nFirstly commmited the same day installation and even on the next day, just denied for any help ..nVery arrogant owners and staff.
