Its one of the best place to stay inside the forest. The food is reasonably priced and very good. You can go to the bird Sanctuary walking from the lodge. You need to take Rs110.ticket to bring the car upto the lodge. It is right at the barrier where you need to show ticket of Rs.91 to enter the forest. There is no Bar in the lodge. You need to book the room in advance online. Sitting in balcony of the room in the middle of the jungle is an experience in itself, but take good care as there are mosquitoes. It is very near forest rest house and around 2 km inside the main gate. The rooms are not very good but the location IS. Ample parking space.

Staff is very good. Management is not so good. Only perks are you get to live inside the forest. Place is not up to date. No money is being put in improving the existing infrastructure. All the basic amenities will be provided though. Washrooms are not so good. Food here is very very good. It deserve 3 stars but just for food I’ve given them 4 star. So you don’t need to look else where for food.

Requires major renovation and upkeep.Why is most of the staff daily wagers ? Another Govt.property going down the drain.Food is very good.Rooms should have electric kettles and tea bags.nSeems to be short staffed.The location is lovely.Better to charge more and provide good hospitality.

Very basic with very low maintenance. The staff is nice and friendly. The location inside the sanctuary is very advantageous

Best location.. rooms are spacious but need to take care on maintenance. Being Govt. property it's safe to stay and no cheating. Foods are having quality.
