All management staff with owner are very cooperative and helping and very kind. Most excellent hotel in bharatpur including delicious food, service etc. Suggest to everyone for visit once and stay as well.

Good hotel at great location if you are visiting Bharatpur for the touristic stuff. The rooms are basic & decent, cleanliness was good. The bathrooms not so well designed though, seems like everything was designed for 6ft plus people, although the shower was pretty good, they didn't had continuous hot water running supply but you just had to ask at the reception and they would run some motor after which you would get hot water in the bathroom, so no problem there. Service is fine, a little slow though but in their defence, even running hotel with so little guests in this Covid time must be so difficult. We stayed there for 2 nights, first day there was breakfast buffet which was fine, kind of mixed I would say, like the mixed parantha was really good and the south indian (idli sambhar) was just not good at all & then poha and other stuff was fine; but overall it was fine and filling as well. The second day they didn't put buffet as there were only 4 rooms booked (out of the 3 were ours), they asked us to order from menu and got it prepared fresh.nWhat stood out for me for the hotel was their extremely courteous staff, from the manager at the reception, the guys in the kitchen, very professional, though little bit slow service because of less guests so less staff I would think. They also guided us with how to go about visiting things nearby. They always served with a smile and communicated very politely.nSo, a long written review! But I guess you got the gist if you made it this far, it's a place I would totally recommend for your stay!
