Delhivery Courier

very worst service.delivery person is very rude asking me to get courier to the place where he is convenient(bus stop) which is very far from delivery address.i said i cant come so he cancelled my order..i called him to know why he cancelled my order he is talking very rudely..all 5 stars reviews are gave by themself(staffs) i think..no customer wil give them 5 star.please delhivery team look over this branch..they are creating bad impact of your service and chennai delhivery service is amazing ..

Not even 1 star applicable.. Delivery guy asking me to the collect the order 3KM away from the deliver address.. Then why you people saying it's an door delivery? If you can't deliver then don't take the order's.. Better to shut down your services.. The guy sent all my orders back to bangalore delivery center. With a unfair reason that i neglected to collect my order

They are asking us to pickup from the courier office itself. Didn't satisfied

Totally disappointed with this courier. The courier boy doesn't delivered the order to my address instead of he saying sir could you come and collect your order at some other place (which far from my home) where he is waiting but I didn't agree with him and finally he said he will delivered to my address but actually he didn't come and delivered it, I make a call to the delivered guy but he is not responsible. After that my delivery was failed and i reagain update my delivery with another date. Is it fair to the customer?? How they are irresponsible like this??
