Not Very Helpful... Security Guard is in charge of the Office.... Personnel Department is defunct when the Senior Manager is on Leave....

I wanted to send my dog via airindia. They gave me different no.s to call . When lastly someone picked up asked me to call at night prior at 10 to know the flight status. I did it for 2 days . Later finally they told me next days 1;50 flight is there from Bangalore to Guwahati. But on my way when I called ,one lady picked up n said flight is not there. So to come tomorrow. #worst #cargoservicebad
