I have been with naturals for many years.. after seeing the review, I went to this branch for hair coloring...my hair turned back to the original color within 10 days of coloring...when asked the branch about the quality of the work, they started blaming the beautician and later they said that they will recolor the hair.. such a worst experience in this branch..they charge higher than other parlours and the quality of work and responsibility is not worth.. please don't go by name as all naturals are not same.......take thier service only on ur personal experience.

Visited this salon today. Haircut was done by stylist Margabandu. The final look was perfect and I liked it. He was patient enough to hear the expectations and did professionally. The place was clean and overall satisfied with the service.

Horrible horrible service and response from the service people. There is only one service lady here and she is very rude. I went for layer hair cut and eyebrows. I knew the Covid situation and asked about the PPE kit and they said they'll charge 100/- bucks for it but when I saw the kit it was only one small transparent cover for my shoulders when the hair was cut. 100/- was too much for that small towel. And the service lady also was not wearing any gloves or mask or any overalls. The A/C was on and it was a closed room. The customers were also not wearing mask around me. And when I came to pay the bill they did not have change for 500/- and she gave me all in torn 10 rupees notes. I expected better from Naturals staff but this is very horrible and very bad service I've ever experienced.

Booked stylist Margabandu for my wedding reception make-up..Done well good natural make up.. really impressive approach ..I much satisfied with his way of approach also made my day most memorable.
