Worst service. My flight got cancelled on Sep 2020, still I have not received my refund. I even shared the flight cancellation email from MMT and the Airlines. All customer care calls are going to automated answering system. All the airlines are running in full scale but MMT customer service is still in COVID mode. All support and contactUs links on their website are going to tripsummary page. There automated system is just sharing the link to raise a refund request. There is nobody I can talk to. After raising the refund request three time, still not got my refund (last request was on 25th Oct 2020).nTalk to the Airlines support team. They told me that although flight was cancelled but MMT has not made your onboard status void. Told me that it's a frequent issue with MMT.nSuggestion for all others:- Never use MMT for any airticket booking. Just use it for finding flights and book tickets directly with Airlines. Look like MMT management is not interested in running their business. Any time they can close their business and runaway with your money.
