Best Travel Agency in Hyderabad.nI wanted to send my daughter from Hyderabad to Boston on 25th April 2021 with one day notice. Hamed (from IMAD Travels) has understood our travel requirement and helped us to get the ticket on Qatar Airlines within 2 hours even before our payment has reached him. He has gone that extra mile to help us out. IMAD Travel is very trust worthy and another thing I liked about them, they won't charge extra even when they realize the customer is in desperate situation. They have also helped us with the web-checkin and answered all my questions very patiently during these Covid days (including verifying our Covid Report). When we still had some doubts at 9pm, they were available on phone and also on whatsapp (during the Ramadan days). This service is impeccable. I wish all the best to the entire staff (specially Hamed and Shafeez) at IMAD all the best and advise them to keep up the same hard-work and customer centric service in the days to come.
