Good store ambience and staff was very helpful especially Mr kashif....
Worst customer service ever. Staff is least bothered in helping customers. They are more interested in standing around and talking to each other and when you complain about it to them they give out excuse and let you walk away without a single apology for their behaviour
Aptronix himayatnagar is a relatively big store. I went there once for a screen guard for iPhone. Nice place with good staff.
Disappointed with the service and support. Always the products are out of stock or they forget to let the customer know when the product is in stock more than 6 weeks and haven't got a call back from the store.nnUpon visiting was told that the stock came 1 week back and is not available. Not only for airpords pro, I had the same experience with iphone 11 pro max and now iPad air.nnWill be recommending others not to waste their time by visiting this store for any purchase and rather prefer other stores.
Great store. Has all the latest apple iPhone models and speakers. Clean store.
