Most horrible staff. They don’t even acknowledge the deficient services & have a very indifferent attitude. If you are looking to gifting , then carry your own gift wrapping equipment. They don’t have any neither will they help you. Mr Syed something at reception is busy counting the money in his draw, he won’t mind what is happening , he will simply disown & say his owner is not available for any feedback you want to give.nAround 50 staff in that store of 1000sft! Forgetful experience. Check other options for your cosmetics in city

I would say its the most worst store to even visit especially the Jubilee Hills Branch. I walked in few days back to this store and i had to purchase tea tree product however the assistants round the floor grabbed me to purchase the products they are In charge of and they literally convinced me to take the Products which i never wanted to and Finally when i used it just for a week believe me my face got completely infected with Pimples , rashes and red scars when i went and Approached back the Manager OMG he showed me a complete reluctant behavior and he asked me call the Product Customer care to get my problem fixed and he would not be able to do anything as its a process as per him. I would really recommend not to ever step in to this store. Also the manager reluctantly says it me who has to follow up with Products customer care if i need a replacement in his store. They charge service tax for the products when we purchase and we get into issue in simple words they ask us to contact the Product Customer Care. Horrible people they are

Will never visit again never have the products that I am looking for. Last 5 times I went for the same product and they don't have it! I am never patronising them again.
