The setting is nice, the therapist have a firm grip. For relaxation it was okay. I ordered reflexology massage, it started the way i expected (good way to handle feet, warm towel to clean...)but i would not qualify the massage as reflexology ,she spent 75% of the time to squeeze my leg.

The service is excellent. The manager did an amazing job in letting us know about the products and services they offer. I would definitely recommend O2 spa it's a thumps up from me.

Monica the spa manager is excellent and we'll trained. Explains well the different types of services and their utility and also helps with further query regarding discount of services if opt for membership with her outlet.Nice hospitality .
