My friend recently applied for the job in Revalsys. They called and asked for 3 years commitment. That's fine but they are asking to deposit 2 lakhs. I think it is not fair to ask for money especially during these Pandemic times. If you're afraid that an employee will leave your organization after working for 2 or 3 months then it's time to change your organization policies and make the work environment more user-friendly rather than asking people for money like parasites.nI still don't know how your current employees remained working with your organization. Either you're blackmailing them or they are not talented enough to get a job outside. It's better to provide a Job those who need it rather than doing such cheap tricks. I cannot give a minus rating or else your company is a -5 rating company.nFor those who are planning to join this company by paying the amount, It's better to join in some course for more knowledge.nNote:- I am not your Ex-employee. I haven't heard your organization name till my friend received a call.

I am not happy with this company, They are not paying salary and if we ask them. They will say all silly examples which is not acceptable. Kindly re-check before joining

Very untracked interview process, I have been given a task and completed it within their given time, but they never checked and verified the task nor replied back with time required.
