Very worst bank and staffs are very poor performance

Worst experience as I went to release a jewel. They made me to wait for an hour as I said it's emergency......rough behavior by the jewel appraiser.... finally he made an 30 mins transaction to one hour... Kindly look into this

The worst banking experience ever. Bad behavior of staffs. No response from the staffs on a problem faced. They just work for money not for satisfaction and service.
