They doesn't approve even a genuine claim. Please avoid this insurance and look for other options. Any option other than this would be a better one.
Very worst experience. We are in follow up with the surveyor to process the claim. He him self did not respond and misleaded in a wrong way and closed the claim by mentioning that the time breached from our end. Now not reopening it after providing all evidencesevidences that'sthat' the mistake is happened from surveyor end.
Pathetic!! To transfer my car insurance, they told policy is expired. Then they said you can transfer it. Then when i try to transfer online,it said policy not found& when i questioned them on error they said policy cancelled due to total loss.
Very dissapointed as the location given by Google maps was not a updated one . The HDFC ERGO office is being shifted from banjara hills rd 1 to another location. Simply our visit was wates
Very poor and lengthy claim process. They will involve multiple people to interact with customers for claim negotiations. Finally they don’t pay the claim. ICICI Lombard and IFCO TOKIO is 100 times better than HDFC ERGO. Never recommend HDFCERGO auto insurance.
