My experience with this company is not that good. They used to serve well couple of years ago but not anymore. In a sentence - Customer Service is very Bad.
The worst ever policy generator, when you are in dire need of talking to customer service people the call never gets answered and instead directed to voice mail. This is same with health insurance too.nnWhat use is it of an insurance policy provider when they are not available during the time of need.nnWorst and terrible provider.
