I was interviewed for assistant training manager. The HR who source people, was reading all my texts asking him update on further procedure. But he never responded to me. Moreover, he was very rude, not professional and valued people less. I think an HR's core responsibility should be to be responsive, respect others and think of getting a fine experienced and qualified person. Interviewers were really good. But HR was not capable.

not a good place to work if you are serious about work...they have no idea about the role of quality lead and normal quality analyst...quality lead have nothing to do with taking calls or audit what operations reps do..they are the supervisor to whom all quality analyst report...but who will make them understand..and also there behaviour ,dressing sense are not upto the standards of corporate
