It’s been nice to be part of this gym , they were more supportive in assistance for the weight loss I am very happy to maintain my work out and life balance. I had opted Srinivas as a trainer and I am feeling so healthy after doing heavy work outs also.nnWhen you are thinking about the spacious to do work out , just believe me go for this . Definitely I felt very reasonable and worthy to spend here.now I am thinking to join Jumba and yoga also.nnAbsolutely a best go to Gym in Gachibowli .

I was recently moved to Hyderabad, due to COVID -19, no office need do work from home, Due to WFH and non movement activities, I have gained about 5-6 kg weight to my regular one.nnI was searching for fitness center near to stay, while walking through I found target Fitness Center , I called contact person, got appointment and explained my requirements,nnAs COVID-19 Fees and discount looks good and less members means lot of attention so I opted for Personal endurance Training for 1 month.nnFrom day one to 5 th day was moderate to intense work out started,nDaily routine like, compulsory warm up and cardio and later 50-70 min intensive endurance exercise. I used to get lot of sweat, and my clots get watered,nnI used to burn minimum 400-600 calories.nnComing about GymnnPros of Personal trainer,n- available in morning and evening timen- Good observations about each counts and repsn- Daily new types of exercise from simple to High intensity training,n- Daily Food / diet advice .n- Any missed class compensation in next cycle.n- Conducted 3k running for fitness members.n- Well maintained soft spoken and strict training.nnPros Of gymn- good spacen- Nice music system ( no need to bring our headphones)n- Rest rooms change rooms well maintainedn- Sanitation for all the used equipment.n- Strictly following COVID-19 regulations.n- Air conditionn- Good accessories and equipmentnnResults.nn- Got 2-3 kg lossn- Got good cardio strengthn- Got beginner level Endurance strength

This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, good change rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

Target fitness club Gachibowli - - - Another economical gym at Vinayaka Nagar Gachibowli. It has all necessary gym equipments and machines, dedicated space for zumba and very spacious. But they need to upgrade few of their machines which is very old and not smooth enough.. Especially peck deck fly machine & few more. Very less crowd in the late evening (8pm) so it is the right place to finish up your workout in less Time and with great intensity provided you know your workouts.nOverall a good gym but can be great if they can work on the ambience and lighting.... & upgrading few machines as well.
