Friday night at gym instead of partying? Yes that’s possible with F45. I was never into gym but today I can’t go without working out even a single day. F45 programs are designed in such a way that fitness would become your way of life.

F45 was the only place where I worked out consistently. I am person who gets bored easily, but F45 never bored me till date and to add to that I look at my best after working out at F45. F45 rocks.

Best part of F45 is Team Training, working out with new workout patterns everyday along with the Team is interesting thing here. The trainers are so friendly, they helps continuously in correcting the postures and workout, they also makes sure that we don't get exhausted by suggesting the workouts.

Best place to burn more calories in proper way with trained instructors, small changes in the posture effects more on workout. Trainers are very skillful to reach out your goal in time and variety of workouts with alternate options makes more comfortable. My special thanks to Bobby.
