I had wonderful journey with WOW online transformation program, I've lost 13 kilos of my weight in 12 weeks, eating rice, and ghee and all my favourite food, glowing skin, regular periods and improved strength and flexibikity. I am glad that I joined this program. I have lost around 8 kgs. My triglycerides got reduced from 250 to 110 and my HDL got increased from 21 to 41. I liked the way Purnima garu explained the pranayama, food combinations, earthing and their benefits very well. The best part is the diet suggested because it is very sustainable. Thank you so much Team WOW. It was a life changing experience.

My wife joined their 12 week online program. They said that fee is 299USD who is staying outside of India . We have asked that why the charges are high since this is a online program. Their answer is we will keep in touch / guide you on your time zones . But things are different once we paid/ joined . First day of call with Purnima Garu , she have clearly mentioned that don’t expect reply from our buddies immediately. It will take 24 hours and also she have mentioned it’s not a medical emergency to reply you on the time .we are just teaching you how to live/ how to eat . If that is the case why they are charging almost doubled amount for Other country members? And last thing is reality is different than what we are seeing in online review videos. They are doing nice Publicity stunts. Don’t waste your money .

Ive joined wows paid online program for obviously weight loss, but its been a life changing experience for me, I’m in 8th week and 4 more weeks to go, Purnima Garu’s live sessions, Vandana Mams motivation, my buddies, oh my god, it’s all so many beautiful women around, extreme positivity, Happy Parenting, Happy Family, and of course my weight loss is a bonus... I don’t care about my weight inches or whatever anyways... because, I’m stronger, healthier and more beautiful now... I have more energy and time for myself and my family...nthanks a ton to team wow! You are god sent angels to many women like me!!!!! Love you love you love you!!!!

I usually don't write reviews, but had to do this after reading Mr. Ram krishna gaaru's review. Based on it seems like your wife's in second week. I am in my 5th week diet. The First call you mentioned is a launch event by purnima gaaru. The response time is said as 12-24 hours but buddy responds less than 4 hours. Most of the time, the response is instant. I saw public purnima gaaru's videos and joined , not by the review videos. There's so much of information in public, if interacted personally , how much more beautiful it would be, was my thought. I haven't regretted a single minute of my time here. All these weeks with them, has only made me understand how to independently choose my own food . I think, they are trying to make us independent in that way, as after 12 weeks , we are on our own. On the first day, when I said I need motivation for a week, my buddy made sure to check on me. Probably your wife's buddy can help her out on the issue more easily. Before you read that review and come to a conclusion, please read this positive version too and avail the benefits. This is my take only.
