Decent number of display samples.nWe visited the store for Sofas.nThey received very nicely and explained all the customizable options available.nThere are about 15 to 20 varieties of Sofas available on display.nYou can check for the material, color, cushion level, etc., and can customize in the store itself.nHowever, you can also do the customization on the website but you cannot fell the cushion level and material on a Computer.

If you end up getting a defective piece don’t expect any support from this store. Store is bright and attractive and staff is polite but they follow unfair business practices - there is no refund if what you get it is defective. Since defective ones are less, not all people come to their fairness levels and ethics.nnUrban ladder gave me a money refund offer but with a condition that I have to spend all 40K at Urban Ladder only to buy anything else.nnAfter a long saga Urbanladder replaced the order with another faulty bed today. Order# R695761495.nThey have attempted to fix the head board one side and after spending an hour and since the frame was not even, they’ve fixed to other side and left faulty frame ugly and the sharp screw is also projected out. Noticeable in pictures.
