Purchased Amaze from Featherlite. Product and Service was very good. Aisha from the store coordinated everything for the purchase online. no hassles.nDelivery of the chair was well before the expected date. I had to install the chair myself, Other than that, no issues with the product or Purchase process.

Best in class Office chairs and tables. The staff is very courteous, patient and supportive. Featherlite has really made a huge mark in terms of quality and serviceability. Delivery is timely and efficient too. I've been using one chair since past 6+ months and ordered another one. Strongly recommend you to visit once and you wont regret. Thanks Ayesha and Vishal.

Bought a chair on 3/8/2020, even after 40 days it is not delivered and they only say due to COVID we are not able to manufacture. After repeated follow up the manager confessed that they can't deliver chair till at least October 10th 2020. If you want we will refund your money is what they are saying. Who needs money after taking full payment and waiting for 40days. Very Disappointed with service.nEdit: Got the chair after 80days of waiting, but the product is good.

I am very delighted with instore experience. Very well maintained store with all options. Radhika (Store In charge) has very good knowledge on the chairs and features. She helped in identifying the right chair. She stick to her word. Able to deliver my Amaze chair in just 2 days. She helped in getting bottom replaced to meet my low height requirements. So my Kids also started using this chair now with proper foot landing. Thanks Featherlite for nice built chair. Thanks a lot Radhika for your cooperation and support.
