Excellent customer service.nnI have little of problem with chair after use couple of month.nnI have brought to showroom about my problem.nnThey have promptly provided the response helpd in connecting service people , even they also provide immediate response and noted the problem and rectified in a good turned around time.nnThank you Featherlite.

Visited the store at jubilee hills, its spacious and has lots of options for office chair,desks etcnWe were attended by a lady, she did a terrific job in explaining all the variation and prices.nSatisfied with staff behaviour. Ample parking and no rush at all.nI've ordered Amaze model today, the planned delivery will take few days. Waiting for the same and will update in the review.nnEdit1- chair delivered within 3 days. Will update once its installed.nEdit2- next day chair gets installed but some screws were missing inside the box.nNaresh, from the store assured that it will get installed the next day and it was indeed done on time.the assembly guy was also very professional.nnThank you Featherlite

This store has a lot of variety but when they show the furniture they tell you a different prices but when you finalise a product they will change the sales person and tell you that this is not the price and will increase the price. I was told that the person who quoted less price was not a sales person!!!! The prices have increased since yesterday. Overall an unfair trade practise.
