Terrible staff have bo sense to talk to customer will you ask to come down with price they literally fight tue staff has no ethiquates to behave also every product is over priced could have rated 0 if it was possible

Overrated recommend to avoid ordering online with expensive cost they'll disappoint you.Have oredered online three products from Lorea as a birthday present - Sweet Sixteen bouquet, Ekama Lavender candle and Bournville chocolate 3 different flavours. However when the package arrived, the bouquet was missing which I had call the store and inform. However whent the bouquet arrived Bournville was entirely different from the product from online image. were delivered all in same flavours. Lastly the candle was outdated and beyond best before date. If anyone ordering online can expect such good ups and to avoid disappointed recommend to avoid.
