Ordered Photo print for 2 Cups in store, on website cost of photo print is 350 and in store 450, when asked they told quality of mug is different in store. For one cup we asked correction to photo and quote and final product is with out correction and quote we asked and quality of image printed is not good. Colors are dull, another cup cup is defective because of holes due to air bubbles on cups.. image printed on cup have holes on photo.. i have asked for reprint which they did again on new cup. I am not sure about other services here but for mug print its total waste of money.

Cheats. The product they show on their website and what is delivered is totally different while the charges are levied based on what beautiful picture they have in website! DONT EVER USE FERNS N PETALS

Ordered lillies and carnations online. I presume they deliver from their outlet nearest to the given address. Flowers were not as fresh as expected. Delivery time is not fixed, instead one has to opt for a window. Delivery person was not wearing a mask or gloves and no uniform. Not expected of a company that is successful and has been around for quite some time.nUpdate April 2021. Had ordered a cake and 30 roses for a birthday. Same shortcomings as above. Plus cake was stale, dry and lousy. Flowers were not delivered, stating no order placed. On complaining, it became out of stock and will be delivered two days later, how silly. Second complaint, cancellation of order for flowers, multiple emails, calls - finally they agreed to refund and money received in bank. Whew, never again. Avoid this company. A sheer waste of time. And added stress. Best to buy in the neighbourhood and save headaches.
