Service advisor are like very poor knowledgeable. I told them about my car problem he just said, it may take few hours to couple of days to diagnose software related issues without examining my car. Looks like very busy to solve minors issues like routine services.

Unless YOU are used to this place it is minimum 20minutes to find the right place and person for your job ...people keep directing...only word i got from four desk was GO THERE...lovesy the name Toyota is great but...handling ?
