A minor damage to my BMW front Bumper on monday - i have given my car for repair on Monday -- Insurance approval came on Tuesday-- BMW servicing center is taking 11 days time to replace the front bumper with more than 1 lakh.. THEY ARE LOOTING the customers. No one is accountable there. No one is responding --- IS THIS BECAUSE OF MONOPOLY? BMW has got a high reputation. . Plz dont spoil it be these crooks . They are always take it easy policy .

The CRM doesn't fit for the job. Rude and lol about being a relation manager.nThe car came back with all scratches and the cleaning 3M not even done properly. Less than 50% was cleaned the guy was supposed to come and re clean and never showed up. God knows what the 3500 was for why are you even a renowned company when you dont value the car or the service
