Decent service and follow up by the agency. They ensure regular follow ups. Also they deliver vehicles in time as they stipulate. Costing wise also okay, but you may have to negotiate to gain a bargain. They can improve on this part by keeping the charges more moderate.

Gave my car for the first service. This is a new service center, so it wasn't crowded (lack of publicity I guess). Mr. Dominic (Sr. Service advisor) promptly attended me and assigned the car to Mr. Kiran, who promptly updated the records and gave the car to technicians for servicing. Overall satisfied with their service and promptness. Since this is the first service, they checked the car thoroughly, topped up the engine oil, checked for software updates. I was allowed to stand with the car through out servicing time (2 hours). Reason for giving four stars, they do not go beyond the boundary line set by Volkswagen regarding the customization requests. I had requested them to change the lane change indicator to five clicks, against the factory setting of three clicks, which they denied, saying its against Volkswagen policy and they cannot change. The car was cleaned spic and span by their team and overall I am pretty much satisfied, and I hope they will maintain the same standards. I will pretty much vouch for the services of Mr Dominic and Mr KirannnThe service has deteriorated over the last two years.nI have to deal with multiple service advisors and a personal connect is missing.nnThis time they have charged me rs.400 for sanitization charges which is unnecessary and another way of fleecing customers. Reducing the rating because of this

i am giving my Volkswagen vento here for the past 3 years ,so 3 services and 1 extra visit for a small accidental repair(4 visits in 3 years) . Firstly talking about service , I had never faced any issue , the service was good and clean and delivery was always on time. I felt service advisors were fair with me and didn’t suggest for any extra unwanted work,I used to face this in Hyundai and Honda service centre’s,instead VW service people give me information on the parts(ex:how much more life time for tyres etc). Now coming to experience in accidental repair I had to get my front fender changed and painted .I have given my car in the morning and was asked to collect in the evening but then while taking delivery I had noticed my panel was not painted properly and beige interiors were with some oil/grease marks .I pointed them but as the next day was a holiday I had to take my car back home .I raised a complaint with VW India helpline .then I got a call from service center and asked to Visit to get the issues rectified .i have given my car again this time the did a very good job and got all the interior cleaned .so overall I could say my experience with the service center is good and have no issues till now .btw I have taken AMC for 2 years will post here if I face any issues regarding AMC/service.
