Worst service, illiterate staff who has updated our policy as they mentioned wrong email ID and also after given standing instructions to them has not debited the amount from my acct hence policy premium didn't get paid since long... And higher management unable to help as they have other work than helping me on my issue. I really advise people not to take any policy from PNB met life...

Insurance company as such is not good. I have not been able to service the policies while being abroad. An address change has to done by visiting a branch. Even today, when Aadhaar is linked to bank account and pan card, all the documents need to be submitted by visiting the branch and documents to be produced in original. The branch itself is quite and Mr.Mahesh is a very accommodating person. Have been very helpful in processing the maturity claim. Since the officer is limited by how much he can accommodate, I don't blame him. Giving 5 star for the branch & staff and 2 star for company and product. Averaging to 4.
