I visited this place for threading, an other lady too appeared for same service. A shot lady, i don't know her name, came to the other lady and was shouting at her since she took an appointment for threading. The female staff treat you like hell, they don't even appear when you enter. They come out of rooms lazy with headphones ON... This is not about the quality or ambiance, with this kind of staff you are going to fall down...

Today I went for waxing service, I usually prefer naturals branch, so I preferred to go and I went inside and asked for premium wax and the lady was added regular wax and she was argued alot this is the one premium and also she asked me for why did you come here.she did worest service and they don't even how to treat customer as well. And she didn't even clean properly, she gave me tissue and said to clean myself. Really worest service I had.

Today I have visited the salon after lockdown and For upper lips they have charged me Rs 100/- and it's really expensive that is for single service, without any prior intimation they are charging high price.nAtleast there is no update in the salon book and they are not even informing the updated prices.nIt's really disgusting as for two persons the upper lips charges are Rs.236 and they haven't given the bill.nDo not visit the place and do not waste your money simply.nThey just say the random amount and try to manipulate us leaving no choice.
