Being a regular client of Envi, I have lately been so disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. Despite appointments the service does not start on time, their salon is overcrowded. Today there was an appointment taken in the morning for hair colouring and when I reached the salon a hair stylist who was least interested was randomly asked to colour my hair. I told him the colour I wanted and requested him to confirm it on the database as well. He left me waiting abruptly and 15 minutes later I saw him at the billing counter laughing and chit chatting which got he really annoyed as I had to leave on time for some other work. So I walked up to the billing counter and told him that it shouldn’t have taken him 20 minutes to find my hair colour, I was told that he will begin and has found the hair colour. After this I found myself continuing to wait when I questioned him, I was informed they did not have the colour I wanted. This was very unprofessional as they should have confirmed availability of hair colour at the time of appointment. They lacked courtesy to even acknowledge their poor coordination and inform me that they will be unable to arrange for the colour. I continued waiting for the colour to arrive and the hairstylist resumed handing out with his colleagues, finally better sense prevailed and I left the salon. The lack of basic courtesies which are so important in the service industry is probably because there are many people that tend to flock there for quick services however being a regular client and being put through a long wait of more than 45 minutes derailing my other commitments was a terrible experience. I have experienced delays in the past as well as the people managing the counter book multiple appointments at the same time or make incorrect booking but I end up getting my work done even if delayed so I just ignore but today took the cake, I walked out of the salon and the people did not even have the decency to acknowledge that they had me waiting for so long.nI was lazy to check out other salons and was trying to stick to this stupid place due to my membership. It’s overpriced with an average unprofessional and unpleasant service.

Service is good , had a layered haircut for my better half and she was happy with the haircut . Few things I dint liken1) The salon is so conjusted kind of difficult to breathe.n2) There is no waiting room... and this is the basic thing we expect from a salon...n3) No Drinking water.nApart from good service , you want better experience like ambience and proper seating while waiting, this salon is big no no....

They are More precautions than us during covid times. Nice place to visit in the weekday. Less crowded and more offers than weekends
