Went for my kid's haircut.nBased on the Google search, we chose this place at Filmnagar branch. I seriously feel they need experienced staff and a different technique for kids. You can't treat an adult and a kid in a similar way.nVery costly for the kind of haircut done.nIt was very irregular and incomplete. We could do it better during lockdown.nPlay area is the only positive point to give that one star.nOverall, we had a worst experience

Visited for my daughter haircut. Good and Hygenic place. Best part, kids section with toy seats and play area.

They have new guys for kids haircut and their work is poor. The guys at the billing counter at first refused an appointment on the phone citing full bookings, but when we reached there, the place was empty and were immediately attended to. For billing, there was another issue when they were forcing us to pay more than that mentioned on the rate card and when we insisted to see the rate card, about 3-4 people got around trying trying to harrass my wife. We finally paid as per the rate card but were not given any bill. The overall experience does not even deserve one star
