It's the best Salon in KPHB. I have experienced other salons as well, but this one is just top notch. Loved the clean ambience and the staff was courteous too. Overall a complete value for money deal it is.

Had been to this parlour for hair straightening, they have convinced me to go 4 global colouring as well. Thinking they are professionals they can guide me in correct way, agreed for all they have recommended. At the end , the result of my hair is so disastrous, that my hair has become completely frizzy, n dry. When called the saloon they told it’s my shampoo n shampooing technic fault, though I purchased the product they recommended. Now I’m spending a lot to make my hair look healthy. Friends pls think twice before u go.

I went to this place two times ..I faced the worse experience in my recent visit ...the guy who did my hair cut dono the process how to do proper haircut even head massage too ....I was saying something he was doing something else ...after the hair he didn't even apply the serums....I better suggest change the person before you lose ur reputation ...

I was charged 300 rs fr hair cut in November..whereas i was charged 350 in december..i never knew Elixir got different rates per stylist..moreover, i have been their customer for more than a year..well its never too late n i decided last week's was my last visit to this salon..Also, stylists should realize that the salon will be successful if they satisfy customers, but not the owners by increasing price per their wish..u should pay 2% extra if u want to pay using card..huh..i see why ur salon on saturdays is soooo empty..nnI am editing my response as i did not see owner's reply till now.. i did not check the receipt on the spot as i trusted you and realized that i was charged more after going home..i could have called you then, but just left it at that as its not difficult to find a trustworthy salon/stylists unlike yours..
