I am a regular customer of Lakme salon Ameerpet which closed down during the lockdown. Due to which I got a hair treatment QOD done from this centre. My previous experiences of QOD treatment has been very good which I had done from Ameerpet branch. But sadly from this Srinagar colony branch it's been the worst. I spent Rs 9000 for the QOD treatment and the straightening didn't last even one wash. I got the treatment done on 13th and 14th March 2021 and had the first wash at home today ie on 17th March 2021. When I went to the salon today to show how the hair had turned wavy and rough they are trying to put the blame on the shampoo I am using. I told them that I have done the same treatment thrice before this and never faced this problem. My money and precious time was all wasted and I am very very upset and depressed about the whole affair. I would not recommend anyone to get any hair treatment done from this centre.
