It was an awesome experience there. Initially i was very scared due to this ongoing pandemic but they way they were practicing hygiene i was really very impressed and comfortable. Sangeetha took my services and i am glad she did, very much professional and polite. I would love to make this salon as my permanent one.

Friendly staff and decent products used for service.nnThe menu was a thin paper with no service descriptions. How are customers to understand what kind of service to go for !?nThe staff is mostly just trying to upsell rather than understanding the needs of the customer.nnThe facials take lesser time compared to a good clean up at other beauty salons. 3/5nnAmbience 1/5 I literally had to play my own music during my time after asking several times.nnTravelling and coming to the store during covid times is for the pampering that is provided which was an utter disappointment.nnI would rather suggest the at home service providers which are cost effective and are well organised.nnI hope they actually work on their hospitality measures.

Actually I am not able to complaint under Dilsukhnagar branch website that's why I am writing here...nAsal donga na koduku I asked him not to blow dry and I already shampoo my hair but he did shampoo just for his pleasure and blow dried my hair twice even when I said no. he handled my hair in the worst possible way I just doubt even he completed his 10th class or not. Konchem careful ga mind petti adigindi cheyandi ra chalu.potta penchav kani konchem mind kuda penchuko ra.
