This was my first experience at Mirrors Banjara hills in the first week of May and I must admit one mistake of theirs made it quite a disappointing one. I wanted to get a global hair colour and the hair stylist Salman suggested what's best for my hair considering it's very frizzy and also explained all the charges and confirmed if I was okay to go ahead. I also opted for a hair cut and he delivered just what I wanted. After he finished colouring, there was a wait time of 30mins before hair wash. To pastime, I wanted to get my nails done. In the month of March, I had opted for gel nail polish at another salon and there was hardly any polish leftover on my finger nails. The person who provided the service didn't really mention that there's a removal charge of 500 and just went ahead and only notified me about it after it was done. I had notified the store manager that I wasn't notified and he said that there was nothing he could do and I paid the total bill and left. Such hidden charges or not notifying the customer during their first visit makes the best of experience into their worst ever. Hopefully others who check this review are made aware of.

Appreciate the services provided. Stylist Neeraj is an amazing professional. He is very patience with all my queries and had great resolution to my concerns. Thank you Mirrors. Looking forward for future visits and treatments.

The service was wonderful! And Raj has done a great job.. However it would have been nice if they were giving membership as of now..

The service at Mirrors is always excellent. My mother and I have been going to this place since they’ve opened in Banjara Hills. She especially loves their pedicure service. The staff is very friendly and also very good at their job.nSoumya did a wonderful job today and also gave me suggestions on how to improve my face acne breakout.nGive them a chance and you will definitely walk out with a smile on your face.n3 cheers to the lovely Christmas atmosphere at the place today.nThank you once again to the entire team of Mirrors. Will definitely come back soon!

The service provided is absolutely amazing and money worthy. Staff are really helpful and give you honest advice. Narendar Sr. Stylist hai cutting skills are superb. Spa is absolutely beautiful and noteworthy. Highly recommended
