Atul is the most humble, and technically sound executive here. No other person could give you a better tour of the S class, and help you customise your car with the required options. He's not your average Joe sales guy who would dump options worth half the price of the car just to get higher commissions. He is truly a gem of a person whom you need to talk to prior to any purchase or be prepared to get a hefty bill from the other people there.

No customer service and no collection of vehicles... One person claimed that they had a launching event going on and no staff available.

We had a very pleasant experience at silver star kolhapur service centre for my CLA 200.The service manager and the technician were experienced in their work.n5 out of 5 marks.
