This store has basic toys, clothing and foot wear for new born to 10 years of age children. It's a small store with less collection of toys, clothing and footwear. But the quality of the products is good. Prices are as per the first cry website or app. There are discounts as well. Mostly discounts are not available in any children's store. Overall the prices are little high.

This shop sells cheap products at higher costs and not customer friendly. Bought Babyhug carrier with adjustable infant head(navy blue), hardly used it and with in 5 uses, the clip broke and the shop owner says no warranty. Bought it for more than 2000 rupees. I'm going to complain about it to firstcry. Worst experience.

I am very happy with firstcry hnk store.. I used to buy babyhug products for my nephew frequently.. My main priority is to get high quality products..In this case Firstcry store stands first.. The baby clothes are too good.. Infact more than my expectations... I can assure you that ur baby's gonna get wonderful products from firstcry hanamkonda store... Go for it...

No one responds the call , either you people change the contact number , try to update the contact number in google , try to respond the calls while calling the customers otherwise close the shutter ...
