I have purchased LG water purifier in store, sales man told that it would be delivered with in 3 to 4 days i have waited even 7 days the item has not arriaved my home.nnonly they are misguiding the coustmers and scales mens are expleaing other the the information required. The sales man is explaining the brand what ever he likes for eg : coustmer wanted to buy Kent water purifier. when the coustmer ask about purifier the person is directly explaing about Lg because of this the opinion of the coustmer is no on force what ever the sales man says that only the coustmer has to listen. if we ask about other brand sales man is not interested to explain about that.nnwhen i have called i got various answers form the same stome one says the item will deliver in one day onother says it takes 3 days.nnit clearly shows they dont have any clarity in the work which they are doing.Just they wanted to waste the time of coustmers during in this critical situation of caron pandemicnnFinally i have taken my moey back i have lost total hope on the reliance.
