Jockey which is a brand by its name and I love JOCKEY. Store at Mancherial is not a customer service oriented. Although they are there, they are busy with phones. Even we ask for some information they don't answer properly.nToday I been to store and after making digital payment, they say one of my item is not billable and I can take it without billing. I don't understand what stops them from giving bills.nnThey returned my digital payment back by cash which disgusting.nnSecond bad experience with JOCKEY MNCL.
Very bad experience. The staff was disgusting. No respect for customers. When I entered the store all three staff including billing counter was busy in their mobiles, they have feeling that we disturbed them. I spotted the store in checking Google maps and reached there but I feel, I have wasted my time
