Maruti Suzuki ARENA (KTL Automobiles, Agra, Kamla Nagar)

I had a bad experience with them, but later the guys(Sunny) who came to solve the issue were polite and understanding. They understood the customer's problem and reacted accordingly. Therefore deleted my previous low rating review.

They have nice showroom and polite staff but we went to see Ertiga which was not available.

I visited their service center for free service and for some parts changed and alignment but they put some extra technical glitches which result in both front tyre bursts and I almost saved myself from dying.nAnd I complain against them in maruti too as they they have unprofessional n unskilled staff n not delivering my car and explained whole incident.nI collected my car after 25 days after paying extra money and their Senior level is so unprofessional that he came on revenge mode when I raised ticket against them in maruti.nnNOTE: If you feel this is fake comment contact me I'll share you whole incident with all the proofs and chats and direct mails to marutinnADVICE: NEVER NEVER NEVER visit this place . Please help spreading these words so nobody will face such situation and waste their time at such pathetic place.nSomehow if you you reached this place and faces awkward scenario reach out to maruti directly and raised ticket otherwise you will be in trouble.
