I can't seem to give less than one star!nThey claim to be the first in the online shoe-manufacturers, but that might be true with Agra; there have been others before them.nThere is no standardisation in their product. Shoe-sizes do not conform to international definition of sizes. A shoe-sole should bear the foot-size it is designed to fit - but in their case, they label their shoes with numbers, irrespective of whether they fit the customer or not.nThey lost one customer; they are only likely to lose more.

Not Maintain a dignity and not co-operative with customer, also not delivered the product on accepted time.
