Bought 3 pairs. One was defective immediately after wearing once. Asked the shopkeeper to change it. Not only did he refuse but was also very rude. Never going back

Went to Agra from Delhi and on someone's recommendation, went to this shop. Bought this pair of shoes on 23rd Sept and wore them only twice. The sole actually came off. Spoke to the shop owner and they promised to replace the pair . I couriered them the faulty pair on 30th Sept but haven't yet received the fresh one. no one is even responding to msgs or calls. Pathetic quality
