Just finished voting! #bluewave. The volunteers and staff were awesome. Thanks Birmingham. Took about 2 hours. Not bad at all.

whoever the lady was working window 14 for motor vehicle registration on August 5th, 2020 was incredibly rude. I was almost in tears. I guess she didn't want to go through the trouble of getting me a personalized tag, so she was almost yelling at me. I told her I didn't care about the $55 extra i would have to pay extra, but she still made it difficult. Don't know her name but she had braids and glasses today.

They continually loop you around to get this form or that filled out without informing you that it has to be done in person. They are literally saying that someone’s signature is invalid bc they can’t read it. Seems a bit misguided to believe you can tell people how they write. Absolutely useless customer service with an extremely nasty attitude. Will not let you speak to explain while just running you over. Each of the people at these windows seems to be completely rude. It seems this misinformation or lacking information is a trend based on other reviews.

This courthouse by far has got to be one of the worst in the country! I have “attempted” to register multiple vehicles over the past five years and every single time I have gone down there, there is ALWAYS an issue. Anytime I have to return to fix what is wrong, they never tell you everything you need to complete the process. It is a revolving door with trying to figure out every single document you will need bc nobody there will take the time to explain in detail what should be on the website, which conveniently is not!

They don’t know anything..not even the answers to simple questions. Will talk in circles but don’t provide answers.
