Didnt even look at my problem by figuring out which muscle is causing pain. More focus was towards doing full physio for week sessions instead of suggesting some home exeecises based on current issue. Everything was it may be this or that wothout even touching thr pain area. Total disappointment.

Astha Physiotherapy Centre is owned and managed by professionally qualified Post Graduate Physiotherapist couple Dr.Gujan Sharma(MPT-Neuro) and her husband Dr.Pradeep Sharma(MPT-Ortho). I have been to the Centre twice - first for treatment of my frozen shoulder in 2016 and second time for treatment of my ankle pain in 2018. Both, Dr.Gunjan Sharma and her husband Dr.Pradeep Sharma are highly knowledgeable, professionally competent, trustworthy, friendly and ethically honest. Dr.Gunjan Sharma cured my frozen shoulder within a month and ankle pain in just a fortnight by specially designed exercises, heat and TENS waves. My shoulder and ankle have perfectly been fine since then. There is a totally relaxed and homely atmosphere with the staff helping you recover fast. I have overheard the parents of Dr.Pradeep and in-laws of Dr.Gunjan chanting mantras, sounding bells and praying their deities for everyone's health and wellbeing. Two baby daughters of the physiotherapist couple are very cute and innocent who can make you feel happy and relieved of your pain by their smile, gestures and kind words.nI am extremely happy and satisfied with the treatment and behavior I have received at the Astha Physiotherapy Centre.
