never answer the phone keep adding more time to my waiting time

Lady I spoke to about my speeding ticket was nice and helpful

I don’t know what made me start thinking about it, but I never got to put on here how unprofessional these people are. A couple years ago I lived in Mobile, close to 3 is when I went in here with my husband to get married. That was around the time where Alabama has issues initiating marriages within the courthouses because of their disapproval of same sex marriage. We went in, filled out an application. I had the money right in front of me (had not handed it to the woman. I see a sign that said they wouldn’t be able to perform the ceremony there, so I asked the woman if we could stop so I didn’t waste my money that day. When I looked to my husband for a second, she reached across the window counter and grabbed the money from in front of me and put it in her drawer. I proceeded to ask for my money back and ask that my request for a marriage license be canceled. She said she could not return money from the drawer and only a supervisor could do that. I asked her why she took my money if I hadn’t handed it to her. I had asked to stop the process since I hadn’t signed the papers yet and neither had my husband. She refused to get a supervisor, and at that point I was done. I signed the stupid papers to get out of there and went to Pensacola, paid more money, and got married that day. I left that courthouse in tears. I had almost no money to my name, and those people took it without hesitation knowing that they couldn’t provide the service I requested.

I got a speeding ticket that took well over 2 months for them to make it payable. That’s pathetic

It seems like they could afford to pay someone to answer the phone .I can't get any information about my case .
