It was really excellent stay.nThe first point is that the staff is so so cooperative. They listen and understand all your issues. The accept all your request too.nGood spacious rooms and the food was too good.ud83dude4f

Pretty good place especially for the price. We paid 4.4k per room for a 5 star property. We took 3 rooms. Two of them had a good view, facing the pool. Room have good modern interiors. One double bed is sufficient for a couple and a kid. Rooms with twin beds were good enough for a couple with 2 kids.nnCheck in time, hospitality could have been better. I had to ask for the welcome drinks a couple of times, before I had to help myself. Room service was good. Restaurant prices were typical for a 5 star property.

organized my brother's Ring Ceremony function on 28th August, 2020. In the past, Marriott has never let us down.But the recent function has really changed the way we look at Marriott hotels - The 5 star property. In a 5 star hotel the facilities provided were like any other 2 star hotel round the city. I would begin with the best thing about the function was the Food. Food was delicious But sadly,we couldn't enjoy it. It was not served in the right manner.The starters which were served were all cold.There were no lights provided at the corner where the chaats were placed. My guest literally had chaat in the dark.Since the function began, there were 25-30 times lights fluctuated for the period of 4-5 minutes. Seems like it's the new way to save electricity. But the most embarrassing time was when during the dinner the lights went off for almost 10-15mins and my guest had dinner without the lights. This was pathetic and not expected from Marriott as a brand. It felt like I had my organised function in some 2 star hotel. Also, It felt so insulting, when the guest was arriving and fountains and ACs were all switched off of the lobby area when it was spoken to the GM in the beginning that all would be switched on.And the list goes on and on...nBut , this time Marriott has disappointed us to such an extent that we would never recommend this venue for any celebration in our family. Though this place was the first choice for us for all the wedding functions in November. Which I also discussed with the team.But sadly, we could not risk again to waste our money and disappoint our guests at the same time. The arrangements were pathetic. The team was very unsupportive. When we told this thing to Mr Sanjeev Tandon he said please go and talk to Torrent power for electricity power we are not responsible for any light cut ,Please tell us why did we paid huge amount to marriot if we don't expect services from a five star property

Clean and well maintained with polite staff. Good swimming pool but needs better towel service. The breakfast has many choices but needs to open on time so early risers can eat and run. Outdoor dining needs to be reopened soon.

Overall a pleasant stay. I stayed here for 15 days during my project work in Agra and it went well with a few disappointments. There was power cuts a multiple times during my stay, which was a bit irritating as compared to 5star hotel. The food served was average, although if you order customised home style food they would serve you better. A stay for 2 nights would be ideal at this place.
