This is the kind of hospital where you will get good understanding talented doctor with uptodate technology. We came here for our daughter posterior fossa large tumor and fortunately we got operated by Dr. Rao and discharged the next day without any problems. No hair removal, no big scar, no ICU stay. She got operated and brought back to room, observed for 20 hours and sent home with in 24 hours. I love this hospital and waiting for our daughter markers. I am 100% sure that if Dr. Rao can not do in his center means it will not happen anywhere. The front office staff are nice, reception good, answers respectfully, no delay in work. I give 5 stars to Dr. Rao, staff and cleanliness of the hospital and strongly recommend everyone to this hospital.

I am very happy about my experience at Dr. Rao's Hospital, Guntur. Dr. Rao is a good human being, very knowledgeable, high patient oriented and has lots of patience. He answered our relatives questions well when I had my left middle cerebral artery infarct, we came to hospital in 2 hours and underwent ultramodern mechanical thrombectomy and now able to walk, talk without any difficulty. I was discharged on 3rd day with mild stuttering and no more weakness of right leg or hand. We are very impressed with hospital cleanliness, staff behavior and doctors treatment. I am glad my family took me there so that I was here to write this review. Thanks to Dr. Rao.

My uncle was worked in Guntur medical college for his entire life and he knew almost every doctor in Guntur as he worked in the DMHO too. He developed gradually not able to walk properly, forgetting things, pain in the both lower limbs. We went to every famous neuro doctors including surgeons in Andhra and Telangana including Hyderabad. Finally in January we met Dr. Mohana Rao Patibandla and spent 30 min with my uncle and he suspected he has problem in Brain but until this time every doctor checked only lumbar spine. MRI showed problem (increased water in the brain). He did surgery on Jan 2, 2020. Before the surgery he was wheel chair bound and now he is walking freely. Before surgery he use to pass urine without his knowledge and now he is very good and thank god without diapers. We owe to Dr. Rao. Previously, he was diagnosed with parkinsonism, Lumbar canal stenosis and so on; but Dr. Rao diagnosed it correctly and treated appropriately and now he is just like one of us. I am a medical student so able to tell it clearly what happened with my uncle. He is the best in decision making, choosing appropriate patient for surgery, doing the best for patient. We give 100 stars to Dr. Rao for his patience and his communication with patients.

I am writing about one of my friend Mallareddy Jakkireddy, He had severe back pain, found to have listhesis and disc compressing the cord. We met several doctors but Dr. Rao said he will do it with small incisions and less muscle damage and under local anesthesia. We thought for few weeks but decided to undergo as he promised nothing will happen. We underwent the procedure (TLIF) in his spine suite, screws through the skin without big incision or muscle damage. He discharged the very next day from the hospital. He walked 2 hours following the surgery. He is very happy, we had surgery on August 20th 2020 and discharged on 21st 2020 August. This is some what like miracle to us. We never heard screw fixations plus discectomy was discharged in one days as every other surgeon told at least 3 to 4 days hospital stay. We are very happy with Dr. Rao's care and we will send all our friends and relatives to Dr. Rao's Hospital. We are very happy with Dr. Rao's care towards us and his patience towards patient. If I am correct he is the only Neurosurgeon available 24 hours to the patient with in the hospital. We are really wondered about his commitment to patient care.
