Most of the staff is really frustrating to deal with. Manager 3-4 months ago was not helpful. Now the new manager is appointed. Which seems young and better then the previous one. The staff is not helpful even the unauthorized ( not official employers of sbi) are rude.nThe Atm here is always available to use with almost every time cash only closed on holidays . The Bijnor branch is way better than kiratpur branch
