Well it's a much hyped place mentioned in the list of things to do when in vizag. It's a very small area with three structure of dume which is there in every image of it when you search in google. If you have some extra time in hand then you can visit this, otherwise not worth it when in a tight schedule. We went there in early morning so our ride from rushikonda to bheemli (opposite to cemetery) was amazing.

It was a historical site it was the place in1600s where Dutch officer where laid to rest and few British officer Graves can be seen here this place is just beside cool breezy beach of bhemili

Historical place..one of the oldest in town ... prominent landmark of bheemli near Vishakhapatnam...

Historic place in Bhimli a place once was under the Dutch rule. This is a Dutch cementry where you find graves of Dutch officers predominantly and apart from Dutch there are few french and British officers graves as well which implies they share the same grave though they were fighting among each other. This is a protected monument by ASI and worth visiting.
