I live in Indiana and had to send a sympathy bouquet last minute. The staff at Kaleidoscope really came through and went above and beyond to make sure the recipient received the arrangement on time. I received a picture of the bouquet and I'm so impressed with the size of the arrangement! The price was great and the personalized service was top notch.

I live out of state and needed a floral arrangement delivered to a family member near by and thought I would try my luck with a local florist instead of major mass florist. And boy was I glad that I did. After calling, I spoke with Mary and explained what I was looking for and she was so helpful in explaining what they could do and what they had to meet my needs. The flowers were delivered that afternoon along with a beautiful photo showing me the arrangement. Not only was I happy with their beautiful floral arrangement but my family member was as well. I will come back to this business from now on with all of my floral needs and I know they will make you happy as well if you choose them for all of your floral needs. I highly recommend Kaleidoscope Florist and Designs for any event or occasion! Joey helped my vision come to life for my wedding! He sat down with me and went into detail about all the flowers and arrangements I wanted at the wedding! He even worked with our budget and gave us our best options! The delivery team set up all the flowers on the wedding day, making it stress free. The flower arch backdrop was beautiful and my bouquet was everything I wanted! (pics posted)

I called Kaleidoscope floral in Florence for some flowers for my husbands best friends mom’s funeral. She passed suddenly from Covid. Every florist I called were insane on pricing. They charged so many unnecessary fees. I spoke to Chris here and he was so kind and helpful! He gave us a great price and I just got a picture of the flowers... OMG they are beautiful! He went above my expectations and I am shocked! I HIGHLY recommend this floral shop for any florist needs you might need! Thank you!
